• UK: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
4. Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please allow extra time during peak seasons.
If your parcel appears lost, contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue. In cases where a refund is requested, refunds will be issued after the damaged item has been returned to us and inspected. We will provide return instructions once you get in touch.

For healing sessions, home cleansing, or energy work:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the next available slot.

Digital content (e.g., downloadable guides, meditations) is non‑refundable once delivered.
